Locating Your Registration Information
On your Software Manual
You'll find your registered Organization Name and
Serial Number printed on the manual that shipped with your original purchase.
On your CD
You'll find your registered Organization Name and
Serial Number printed on the CD that shipped with your original purchase.
In AuctionMaestro Pro
At the bottom of the screen on the main menu, you'll
find your registered Organization Name and Serial Number.

If you're still having trouble, here are some common issues:
#1 - Incorrect Organization Name or Serial Number
Your login is case sensitive. Your Organization name and serial number for logging in is printed on your original CD, training manual, and within AuctionMaestro Pro in the registration area.
#2 - Expired MaestroCare Subscription
Your subscription to our MaestroCare support may be expired.
