All MaestroSoft clients with an active software subscription or support contract have complimentary access to the MaestroSoft Training Videos on our client portal.  These training videos provide self-paced, elearning courses on MaestroSoft applications. 

Instructor-led, Virtual Training

Online classroom options are the most popular training choice. We use online meeting software and a conference line so your auction team members can attend from home or office. All personal online training is $150 per hour. Our training staff will discuss your needs and make customized recommendations. Here are some common suggestions:

• Complete Training Suite | Typically 4-5 hours

A trainer will walk you through all parts of the Maestro products and services that you use. The training hours are traditionally scheduled weeks apart for learning success, so you can learn the software over multiple appointments at your own pace.

• Getting Started | Typically 1 hour

Learn the basics to get your event started with either MaestroAuction (AMPro) or MaestroAuction Online (WebMaestro). Subjects covered during this one hour course are basic item entry, RSVPs, and event setup.

• Night of Event | Typically 1 hour

Don’t stress over what to expect at your event! This popular training walks you through your night of event use of MaestroAuction (AMPro), qCheck, and Text2Bid depending on which products you use.

• Custom Session

This is an option for clients that want an hour or two of one-on-one private training to focus on topics pre-determined by the attendees. This option is for unique circumstances, and our training staff will discuss this option with you in detail before scheduling.
